Making big money is what every one of us desires. But are we ready to give what the process of making big money needs from us?
You may be wondering, What it is?
Well, it is patience that is needed from us to make big money. Big money could be from our profession or investing. If we will go for quick money from either profession or investing we might end up losing money or barely making any money.
Patience is the highest virtue in investing that will make big money for us. Don’t go for quick money, go for big money.
What do I mean by Big Money? You invested Rs.3 Lakhs & earned Rs.1 Lakh on it by trading in stocks. Now, you want to make big money from it and you will feel that if you invest another Rs.3 Lakhs (Bringing Total Capital to Rs.6 Lakhs) you can make another Rs.2 Lakhs from it next month. (This is what generally every trader do) but the reality is different – 99.99% of people end up losing their money within 1 year by trading in stocks and don’t make big money at all.
Wanted to make big money quickly, but ended up losing it all. This is a Win-Lose Probability. Never invest when there is a 50% probability. Always invest your money, when you are both on WIN-WIN situation. How?
Say, you are investing in Equity Mutual Funds systematically where the Fund Manager (Experts) takes care itself, about in which stock they should invest or not. You’re just paying Rs.15,000 per month for the next 15 years. In this case, you invest only Rs.27 lakhs (in 180 months) and at 12% CAGR you will end up with a Value of Rs.71.38 Lakhs. That’s will be a Profit of Rs.44.38 Lakhs in 180 months (or Rs.24,655 back every month) – That too without doing anything.
Only thing you did was you invested money regularly and had PATIENCE.
